Follow the stops in order, from Littleroot Town through the eight Gyms to the post-game and the Delta Episode. Each Pokémon is listed at the first point you can reach a place where it appears; surfing, fishing and Rock Smash spots count from when you can use them. Tap a row to check it off. Oval Charm: complete the Hoenn Pokédex, then visit the game director at the motel in Lilycove City. Shiny Charm: it needs the full National Pokédex, which takes trades and transfers from other games.
Legendary Pokémon
These games have more catchable legendaries than any other. The Hoenn ones are checked off together with the Pokédex. Most of the rest appear after the story at Mirage spots you reach by soaring in the sky, and each needs something special in your party.
Mega Stones
Every Mega Stone is a one-time pickup or gift. Many glitter on the ground and only appear after the Primal Groudon/Kyogre story or the Delta Episode.
