Follow the stops in order, from Nuvema Town through the eight Gyms to the post-game. Each Pokémon is listed at the first point you can reach a place where it appears; surfing spots count from when you get Surf, and fishing from the post-game, when you get the Super Rod. Seasons change some encounters, so check back. Tap a row to check it off. Evolves into shows later stages and how they evolve.
Diploma: complete the Unova Pokédex, then visit the game director at the Game Freak office in Castelia City. There is no Shiny Charm in these games; it arrived in Black 2 and White 2.
Legendary Pokémon
Every legendary in Black and White is part of the Unova Pokédex, so checking one here also checks it in the Pokédex. Most appear after you become Champion.
