Follow the stops in order, from Aspertia City through the eight Gyms to the post-game. Each Pokémon is listed at the first point you can reach a place where it appears; surfing spots count from when you get Surf, and fishing from the post-game, when you get the Super Rod. Seasons change some encounters, so check back. Tap a row to check it off. Evolves into shows later stages and how they evolve.
Oval Charm: complete the Unova Pokédex, then talk to Professor Juniper. Shiny Charm: it needs the full National Pokédex, which takes trades and transfers from other games.
